mission
In the spring of 2011, Société Emmanuel-Grégoire opened “Résidence Les Pléiades,” its first Intermediate Resource. This type of accommodation, offered in partnership with the public health network, provides vulnerable individuals with support and assistance services in a suitable environment—regardless of their financial capacity. This model, inspired by a “living environment” approach, aligns closely with the mission our organization has embraced.

Our Intermediate Resources provide living environments tailored to the needs of the individuals who live there. Based on a “living environment” philosophy, our interventions and facilities are designed to offer residents a environment where they feel “at home,” while still receiving the support and assistance services they require. Working in partnership with the health and social services institution, our team of qualified professionals delivers personalized care tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
